• What is PropTechAM.ai and what do you do?

  PropTechAM.ai is an AI-driven capital introduction firm. We support fund and deal sponsors in obtaining the required equity funding.

• Who are your typical clients?

  We work with deal sponsors and fund managers typically in the private market sector. We have worked with clients specialising in different asset classes including real estate, infrastructure, private debt, venture capital and hedge fund strategies. We have no region limitations; to date, we have worked with sponsors in Europe, the United States, the United Kingdom and Latin America.

• How do you differ from a traditional bank?

  Unlike traditional banks that offer a broad spectrum of financial services and often have stringent lending criteria, we specialise solely in helping sponsors with raising equity capital.

• Do you assist sponsors in obtaining debt or equity funding (or both)?

  We specialise in helping sponsors raise equity capital for their funds/direct deals.

• Do you specialise in any particular asset class or region?

  We work with deal sponsors and fund managers in the alternative investments sector. We have no region limitations.

• What is the average fund/deal size of your clients?

  Our clients are currently looking to raise amounts ranging from USD 50m to 500m. Most of our clients are looking to raise something in the middle of this.

• Why should you work with us and not any other capital introduction firm?

  For three main reasons:

  1. Our Technology. The implementation of artificial intelligence into our processes enhances efficiency dramatically. A good example of this is the client onboarding process. This is how this process works with us:
     Clients register on our platform, complete our questionnaires and upload the relevant marketing documents. The platform automatically provides a list of suitable investors to the client based on the features of the offering. The client reviews the list and de-selects the investors that it does not wish to contact. The platform reaches out to the remaining investors automatically.
     If working with more traditional firms, this procedure takes much longer and is far less effective.
     Data is another excellent example. Without a solid technological infrastructure, we wouldn’t be able to track as many investment firms as we do. Without this, we wouldn’t be able to offer the level of exposure we offer to clients.
  2. Our Team. Our team has decades of experience in the sector and the relevant expertise to provide the highest level of service to clients.
  3. Our Network of Potential Investors. We have created a proprietary network of investors looking to invest in various asset classes and areas thanks to our extensive industry experience. We give clients access to a global database of circa 35,000 investment firms as well as our personal network of investors.

• How do I start the capital raising process with your firm?

  Begin by clicking on “GET STARTED” at the top right-hand side of the page. This will allow you to create a free account on our platform. You will then receive an email containing instructions to verify your account.
  
  Once you have verified your account and have managed to log in successfully, please complete our short questionnaire. After this, head into the “Calendar” section and book in a suitable time slot for a video call with one of our team members. This video call serves as an initial consultation to understand your needs. Our team will also provide further details about our structured process.

• What fees are involved?

  We typically charge a retainer and a commission on capital raised from investors introduced by us. The size of both is defined on a case-by-case basis.

• How long does the capital raising process typically take?

  The duration varies based on the amount of capital required, the preparedness of the client, and market conditions.

• Can you guarantee that my business will secure funding?

  While we cannot guarantee funding, we pride ourselves on our thorough vetting process and our expansive network of investors. Our team's expertise maximizes the chances of securing the necessary capital for our clients.

• How do you ensure the confidentiality of my business information?

  Protecting our clients' sensitive information is paramount. All data shared is safeguarded under strict confidentiality agreements, ensuring that client details remain private and secure throughout the engagement.
