Junior Investor Relations Executive

Description:
The position will focus on working alongside our senior team members to help our clients raise capital. This involves leveraging our technology and contacts to introduce our clients to suitable Limited Partners globally and strengthening our Limited Partner network by bringing in new relationships.

Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Assist clients with their fundraising efforts.
  • Meet weekly targets of Limited Partner introductions organised and number of investor meetings attended.
  • Develop new relationships with relevant investors (family offices, high-net-worth investors, institutional investors) and efficiently manage and strengthen existing ones.
  • Assist with the management of client relationships to ensure that excellent client service is provided.
  • Respond to daily queries from clients and prospective investors.

Requirements / Qualifications:

  • Ability and willingness to work hard under pressure to manage multiple workstreams and meet capital raising targets and deadlines.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills and entrepreneurial mindset.

Using our fully automatised sales system, the position will focus ultimately on closing deals: Persuading interested fund managers and deal sponsors to work with us.

  • Located in the heart of London Mayfair, PropTechAM.ai with an office in Buxton Court, 3 West Way, Oxford OX2 0JB. It’s is one of the city’s most rapidly expanding and inventive capital introduction and financial services firms.
  • We specialise in assisting our clients (alternative investment fund managers, general partners and deal sponsors) to raise equity capital from a variety of investors such as Family Offices, pension funds and other institutional investors and set up funds.
  • The role centres on utilising our fully automated sales system to effectively close deals. This involves having an introductory sales call and convincing interested alternative investment fund managers, general partners and deal sponsors to collaborate with us.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Design and develop AI algorithms and models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and Keras to analyze real estate data and extract actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, leveraging AI and ML techniques for financial analysis and decision-making.
  • Implement machine learning techniques for market prediction and analysis, risk management, and fraud detection, applying them to optimize property management processes and investment strategies.
  • Explore and integrate QuantLib into our AI solutions for derivatives pricing and risk assessment, enhancing our capabilities in financial modeling and quantitative finance.
  • Utilize Robot Framework and integrate with UiPath or Automation Anywhere for automating repetitive tasks in financial operations, such as data entry, transaction processing, and compliance reporting.
  • Apply AI and ML libraries to personal finance management, developing tools for budgeting, expense tracking, investment recommendations, and financial planning to empower individuals in managing their finances effectively.
  • Experiment with new technologies and methodologies to drive innovation and stay ahead of the curve in AI-driven financial applications and services.
  • Deploy AI models into production environments and ensure their reliability, scalability, and performance through thorough testing and performance evaluation.

Requirements / Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or another relevant language, with a passion for software development.
  • Demonstrated experience (3+ years) in developing AI solutions, with a focus on machine learning and deep learning.
  • Proficiency in XGBoost, LightGBM, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or Keras, with experience in applying these libraries to financial analysis and decision-making.
  • Familiarity with QuantLib and its applications in derivatives pricing, risk assessment, and quantitative finance.
